Why do people get married? They enjoy going places and doing things together!
What do people do after they get married? They gradually stop going places and doing things together!
What happens as a result? They begin to lose their friendship - communication - sexual attraction and begin to feel lonely, hurt and angry!
Where do they attempt to resolve hurt feelings? They attempt to resolve conflicts within the home, which has a high degree of failure!
Maintain your home as a sanctuary of peace by never violating it with conflict.
Other than the house being on fire and etc., there is no issue that justifies either spouse violating the home as a sanctuary of peace!
Maintain your closeness, communication and sexual attraction by protecting your friendship and discussing issues away from the home.
When you date , you date the social-system self : who you are outside the home. The social-system self includes friendship - closeness - communication - and sexual attraction and has the capacity for understanding - negotiating - and resolving issues.
When you marry , you marry the family-system self : who you are within the home. The family-system self includes your role and the dynamics within your family of origin that you grew up in along with a desire to be more quiet or relaxed at home.

To go out together - doesn't have to be far - doesn't have to be long - doesn't have to be expensive - only frequent
To be conscious of being open in your heart and spirit with one another and not sexually defrauding on another!
To be reading the One-Year Bible each evening the rest of your life just before you go to bed!
